Rumor ruler for measuring citiesIn 2025, the
24th Triennale Milano opened in Milan.
The Library for Architecture,
Meganom and
untitled architecture, together with
the National Library of Armenia, created Armenia’s first national pavilion — “(ordinary) architecture. Yerevan.” The pavilion explores the architecture of everyday spaces and ordinary objects and is set up in a garage-like environment.
Our team —
Namor Votilav and Anna Prilutckaia — is also participating in the exhibition. The project “Ինչո կա-չկա?” ([inch’ ka-ch’ka] — “What’s up?”) is a study of Yerevan’s rumors. We conducted interviews, entered the collected rumors into a table, assigned parameters and compiled a dataset. From it, we developed a physical tool — a ruler for measuring urban rumors.
